Umunhum Before Dark

Started in the late afternoon after driving over from Mission Peak. Trail was well-shaded and the summit tower was in view at different points throughout the route. Saw an old rusted car off the right side of the trail a few minutes in. Long switchbacks for the last 1.5 miles or so toward the top. The top has some nice info about the significance of the peak for Native Americans. Took a long snack break at the top. 7.9 miles and 1,154 feet in 03:01.
