Up Tuckerman’s Ridge and down Lion’s Head

Warm and humid at the trail head.  Took 2 hr 30 min to reach the top.  Took 1 hr and 2 hr snack breaks along with sipping hydration along the way.  Took a 15 minute break at the top to take a picture of the sign.  2 hr and 15 min to come down the mountain with a snack break at the 1 hr point.  Was sore for about the next week.
