Weather was absolutely beautiful. Cold at the summit. Many areas of the trails were washed out.
we had heard the Pharisees from many people that it was “uphill both ways” and while that is true to some degree, the way back seemed much more downhill (thankfully). We had out lunch on the summit of El Cajon and then hiked over to El Capitán for a hot tea. Views were amazing from both.
