Valentine’s Day Hike at Wasson

On Valentines Day, I hiked with Dennis & Lu-Ann as they were finishing the Arizona Winter Six-Pack of Peaks Challenge. On this day, this was my fourth peak. We started at Kings Canyon Parking Lot. I got there earlier but there was only one parking slot left. Dennis & Lu-Ann parked a short distance away. We started at Kings Canyon and proceeded to the junction with the Hugh Norris trail and took that route up to the peak. Despite being a midday-afternoon hike it was not too hot. We took the direct return to the Kings Canyon trail and then the wash to the parking lot making our hike a complete loop.  All in all a good Valentines Day hike.
