View of Palomar Observatory from the top

Trail conditions were great. The weather was gorgeous although it got hot before we finished. The bugs were nasty in one section. All of SoCal’s wildflowers typical to this altitude were out in abundance. The hike, including lunch and photo opps and other stops, took our group 5:27, with the return trip being a bit faster than the hike up to the peak. The views from the top were beautiful.
