Views that just go on and on and on!

The weather was perfect for a hike up Mt Diablo. It was sunny but cool and a perfect time of year to hike this challenging uphill climb! Once at the top we rewarded ourselves with ice cream sandwiches from the Ranger Station and took photos of our boots touching the summit (which is strangely inside the Ranger Station!) The way back was downhill with stunning views as the sun peaked from behind the clouds and we could see the distant Bay Area peaks!
