1/1/2024 Dual peak hike: Cuyamaca & Volcan.

Volcan: a steady steep incline with few short breaks made it for a tough 2nd peak of the day! Started a little past 1 PM and though it was sunny, the air stayed chilly. Windy near & on the summit. Layering did the trick. Very glad to be able to kick the New Year with this combo hike.
