Hiked with a partner

Warm sunny day – lovely day for a hike. Saw zero other hikers (Friday morning).  Trail was steep at the beginning and then more moderate at the top. Definitely windy. More sun than shade but some shady spots.  Decent birding – acorn woodpeckers, Western bluebirds, swallows, turkey vultures.
