The day we went was perfect for hiking. A bit of a chill in the air, and slightly windy at the peak. We came across some icy parts- but our hiking shoes and poles kept us stable. It was nice to hike with my buddy Joanne. It was really awesome to see the desert in one direction and gorgeous trees the other! I felt good!
