Beautiful, easy, well marked trail!
Absolute delight! Started early (about 6:30 am) and did not encounter another soul until we returned to trailhead bathrooms. Really enjoyed this beautiful hike and the solitude! Added bonus is heading to Julian afterwards for pie and coffee!
Lots of bees but they did not bother us.
Would definitely do this hike again if visiting Julian for the day!
