Waiting on Wilson

Mount Wilson from the Sierra Madre Trailhead is a great workout. There’s a lot more gain to be had then the ever popular Chantry Flats start for this hike. With the trail closure of Chantry, due to the Bobcat Fires, we didn’t have to choose where we’d be starting at. Wilson is one hike that I do only in Winter or Fall. Summer brings temps that are too hot for my liking. If you haven’t summited Mount Wilson from Sierra Madre, it’s a must do!
