Wandering Women

What a beautiful day at Strawberry Peak!  We only saw one other person on the trail.  It was a clear and perfect day with sunshine, good friends and awesome conversations.  The trail had some obstacles, I believe from the Santa Ana winds but nothing impassable.  We enjoyed the clear skies and the good views.  It was tough climbing to the peak, felt like rock climbing at times but it was overall cute.  We enjoyed Koala T Cookies, s’mores flavor at the top.  YUM! Melissa, Jenni and I decided we will go by something like the Wandering Women.  I want to make stickers to leave at the peaks; for today, we left a note in the strawberry notebook. Side note, we did have notices at our cars when we finished the hike because the “Angeles National Forest is closed to all use/entry.”
