Very fun scramble! Lots of tasty water in convenient places. Some bugs, no need to worry about snow.
The goal was to get to the top to take pictures at sunset, but the camera battery was dead. Hiked down in the dark and managed not to get ambushed by mountain lions or bears. The beargrass is just barely starting to bloom. Lots of cool flowers and plants towards the top. The lookout tower is closed, but the scramble over the boulder fields is a lot of fun. Definitely adding this to one of my favorite hikes!
