This was a long day…The Steep Ravine Trail is a most beautiful and serene trail. Beautiful trees, lush and quiet setting. Highlight was climbing the ladder in the middle of the forest. Loved all the beautiful spider webs. The last haul up to the East Peak required some nimble rock hopping. Matt Davis trail ascends before it descends, kind of like a peak within a peak. Awesome hike, a lot to accomplish in a day…
