Windy Day on Volcan Mountain 4/24/26

Beautiful hike with shaded portions and lush greenery. Plenty of areas to stop and take a break, but be careful for ants. Once I reached the summit the wind was gusting and had to put on a jacket because it was getting real cold. Amazing scenery and the weather was inspiring, not too hot not too cold, and the trail was very manageable. Not the hardest hike in the world but the ascent can be a bit tiring.
