My wife, dog and I did this for our very first summit. While we could have used a couple more poles and some crampons we were still able to reach the top. The change in scenery from the peak was magnificent, and though there was a lot of snow on the trail, it was magical when it fell through the trees. One of the best hikes I’ve done and can’t wait to do it again in the future, but after my feet stop hurting.
