How to log your weekly workouts
We thought about all the myriad of ways to do this, and most of them were overly complicated. What we ultimately decided was to keep it simple.
Starting this week, you will simply fill out a weekly workout form, noting which days you completed your workouts as well as the data for your training hike(s). You'll do this one a week for each of the 12 weeks, at the end of the week.
We have added the log form to the workout plan overview, and you can also record your weekly workouts here.
Note that you only need fill this out once per week. Wait until you've completed your workouts for the week before filling out the form.
