Thoughts?

Same here. I know others in our Central Oregon challenge have also had issues. Not sure what’s up. Jeff, who is in charge of our group usually responds quickly.

I’m having issues too getting in touch. I missing a badge for a mountain I logged.

I sent them a message via Instagram and they replied earlier in the morning and indicated they would correct this for me however it has yet to have been corrected. Unfortunately this has left me not wanting to do this program again. Which is unfortunate. I worked very hard to get my patch this year.

I found I’m missing 1 of 5 peak badges but I’m planning on doing more peaks these last couple months of 2024. Messaged Jeff as well.

I have really had a hard time getting responses (through the site, and via email) which is not at all normal. I sure hope everything is ok with Jeff and the team.

Yes, I’ve been having the same problem. I finished up my six pack for central coast and one of the hikes is not giving me the badge and showing me as a finisher. No one will respond to me as well. Jeff, please help us out.

I’m back! My apologies for my apparent absence. I got sucked in to a full-time job that was consuming all my available time and energy. I know that’s no excuse, but there’s good news. Tomorrow is my last day, and I’m officially retiring! That means I’m back, and will be spending time going through the tickets, addressing the concerns, posting and replying regularly, and active once again on social media.
If you’ve opened a ticket, I’ll be working my way through them in the coming week, and will do my best to get everything back on track.
I’m good, and so stoked that I’ll have time to reconnect with all of you again!

Hi Jeff, so glad that you’re OK and welcome back. Yes I have several tickets open regarding my hazard Peak badge not being credited and all of my central coast hikes showing up as 2023 instead of 2024 and also it’s not showing that I am a finisher for the central coast. Appreciate your help Susan Proctor.

Susan, I’ve got your 2024 Central Coast badges added, including Hazard. There was an issue with the app that has been fixed for anyone else logging hikes for Central Coast via the app. I still need to correct the dates on the awards, but that will have to wait until tomorrow. And then I have to review other Central Coast challengers who logged hikes via the app.

There are also issues with the Lake Tahoe badges and completion of the challenge.
