Incompletely loaded Log edit / resubmission?
Hi, new here. Logged 2 hikes – Mission Peak and Black Mountain (SF Bay) – Black mountain loaded all good, but the Mission Peak misses all the details / web-Link / comments and pictures. Could be partially caused by *.HEIC photos (standard for iPhone), but not clear why text details / questions responses are lost. Can it be deleted so I can re-submit it? Can’t find such feature. And boy – why is SH sooooo slow – both web and app, hope it is temporary?!

Hi Andy! I can probably recover your Mission Peak hike log and photos.
I’ve had my sleeves rolled up and working on our server today. I *think* it is stabilizing (knock on wood) and appreciate your patience.

Hi Jeff, oh great, that would be wonderful! If not, could you please delete the log, so I will re-submit? I will convert the *.heic to *.jpg as I did for the Black Mountain, if that has any impact during the submission. The web-form actually did not complain about *.heic for the Photos (and even showed previews after loading), but it did complain about *.heic for the Cover Image – so it did not accept the first submission and I changed the cover image to *.jpg and tried again – that went through, and resulted in that incomplete loading, where only a screenshot *.jpeg photo did show up. Maybe that double-try submission impacted the process. Thank you!
