Just got back from Kili… summited on Wednesday morning. It was an epic experience. I thought it was fitting that my guide be given my 6 pack T-shirt since the 6-pack helped my training and Nechi my guide got me to the top. If you’re in Tanzania and you spot someone with a NorCal 6pack T-shirt , you know why ….
