Paid for San Diego Challenge, but not registered?
I paid the fee for the 2024 San Diego Challenge, saw the charge hit my account and am due to receive my Welcome Packet today, but in both the phone app and website, I get the message “Bummer! You’re not signed up for any challenges!” Oh, but I am! Why can’t I access the hike logs?
