Hi Gina!

Welcome packets for all of the 2024 challenges (including SoCal) will begin shipping the last week of December. Once the challenge officially starts on January 1, 2024, we begin shipping welcome packets as people register, typically within 5-7 business days or less.

Right now, I’m working hard on finisher certificates for our 2023 challengers. 😉

My wife and I signed up In October for ARIZONA WINTER CHALLENGE, when should we expect our welcome Packets , we’ve not yet received them .

Hi Jeff. I checked on this and your welcome packets were not sent. You should’ve received yours by now. It looks like there was a number of people who did not get their Arizona Winter welcome packet, but should have by now. I will check into this on Thursday morning and get back to you via email.
