Wow, this was a day! 18.5 miles and just shy of 10 hours out in nature. All the other hikes we have completed this year

Lots of flies and gnats at Volcan Mountain!
We enjoyed good weather, just before the heat kicked in again, but the bugs (flies/gnats) were pretty bad. Used my poles to swat at them
