Cucamonga peak was a challenge for me for some reason. We started at 6:20am and arrived at the top by 10:20am. Luckily we picked a beautiful clear sunny day to hike and we were able to see the land and city very clear from the top. It's a great workout for sure. Definitely need to carry alot of water and food for lunch at the saddle. Also bug spray because there were too many mosquitoes landing on me as if I was covered with food. I would say the entire trail was half shaded and half sunny so I would suggest to take a very light long sleeve to cover yourself and still apply sunscreen. There's still a stream flowing but not as heavy as before when I did Ontario peak. Definitely watch out for rocks along the trail. Several parts of the trail has a good decent amount of huge rocks you'd have to hike through and after passing the Saddle the trail gets more narrow. Did have a good experience hiking this peak definitely need to pack more water and food, lol.
