This was my 1st time hiking Strawberry Peak.  I arrived a little before 10AM and there were only about 3 spots left in the parking lot, but there were also lots of people exiting the trail as I started.  I could see parking being an issue sometimes, but it wasn't for me.  The trail is getting overgrown with thorny plants so I definitely recommend long pants.  I'm only 5 foot 1 and some of the rockier areas/bigger boulders required a full body stretch for me to get up and down.  This is just something to think about if you're planning to hike with children or friends who are on the shorter side!  Otherwise, the trail was beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed the views.  There were several different Strawberry Peak signs at the top for photo ops.
