On September 8th we hiked the infamous Mount Baldy. I have lost count on the number of times I have summited this amazing peak, but it was the first one I ever reached after I started hiking. The trailhead from my front door is about a twenty minute drive so I have used this hike to train for everything I have ever climbed including Mount Kilimanjaro, Machu Picchu, Mount Whitney, Mount Langley, Pico De Orizaba, and many more. I’m so grateful to have such an amazing mountain just minutes from my doorstep.
