ROAD:

Road suitable for all vehicles

Bugs:

Bugs were not too bad

Snow:

Snow free

Arrived in the parking lot at around 6 am, and it was already full, and the side parking was filling up.  So you really need to get there super early.  Sunrise was 6:25.

Trail was in great condition.  A few bugs, and mosquitoes, mainly at the beginning of the trail.  The streams were flowing well.  So well, that at the crossing just before the big sign about 1 1/2 miles in, there is a small waterfall flowing about 20 feet from the stream crossing.  Nice cold mountain spring water.

There was plenty of cover up until Icehouse Canyon Saddle.  Sun wasn't too bad the rest of the way up to Ontario peak.  Trail is well defined.  Plenty of signs at the peak.  Peak temp was supposed to be in the 50's, but it felt warmer than that with the sunshine.

Lot's of berries on the way to Ontario Peak.  Also, some flowers are blooming again.
