6/6 for the 6 pack!!!
Parked in the state park for a nice hike mostly on the AT! For it's length the elevation gain was pretty low, with some rolling sections and some rocky sections. We did pass the ponies out there, and on the return had to wait for cows to move so we could go through one of the gates along the trail. It sprinkled a bit on us, but only briefly. It was interesting to see all the AT campsites as it is pretty different that what you tend to see on the PCT. No view at all from the top, but there was a benchmark, and there were plenty of views to be had on the hike proper through the various sections.
Felt like a great way to wrap up the 6 pack before heading to New River Gorge NP for a few days.
