This was the best, and worse hike I could have done in the challenge. Two months since my last hike, but i wanted to finish the challenge; so I went on to hike the struggle to Ontario peak. My legs were in pain, my back was killing me, and half way to the peak at the saddle, I was debating wether or not to continue the path, but once I made it to the top; “man o man” this view was something out of this world. The sky was blue and the clouds would give me some shade from time to time. Every aspect of this hike was exhausting, difficult but very rewarding. At the end of the hike I rushed down the mountain to avoid nightfall, and my legs were shaking, my muscles were aching, and blisters seemed to be unavoidable, but the trail made everything worth my time and pain. Irresistible to neglect the impressive and magnificent Ontario Peak.
