Finally, we got a sunny weekend! So I decide to do the hike at Mount Umunhum which is the closest one to my location.

Many people would park at the Mount Umunhum Trailhead the lower parking lot and hike up, I did the opposite which I have done before.
I enjoyed the finish with the spectacular view also it is easier to find a parking space at the upper lot (but with an extra 10 mins drive)

Started the hike to the trail across the road and hiked downward(I didn't go to view deck first) Few cyclists passed by on the way, the trail is wide enough to let them pass through but it's a good idea to be aware of their existence. Then I had a short stop at Guadalupe Creek Overlook. Beautiful creeks with running water! There are a few spots with mud but can be easily crossed.

Also did an extra mile to the Bald Mountian Trail from the lower trailhead parking lot.  You can view the Almaden Resrviory from the end of the loop.

Overall a great hike! Perfect weather with a little chill. Just want to remind people who want to visit the place to be patient when driving on the road, share the road with the cyclists, do not pass if you can't have a clear view of the road ahead. Heard there was a man down on the road when driving down, hope nothing bad happened!
