Boy, was I cocky! Getting up to the peak seemed moderate to me, despite the “hard” label in All Trails. I was feeling great at the top with the epic panoramic views. Climbing the boulders down, though, took its toll on my knees. I was in such pain by the end, I was ready to give up on the 6 peak challenge. We rallied and decided we needed to get some poles and better shoes. 🙂
