Began our hike at the lower trailhead. Trail was icy/snow for the first 3 miles. No problem navigating with spikes. Switched to snowshoes for the last mile and a half. Snow was deep and without snowshoes, post-holing. Weather and views were absolutely magnificent! Peak #2 for us Bad Ass TrailSisters! aka(BATS)
