This report is a bit delayed but here it is!

Backpacked up Icehouse Canyon to the Saddle. Lots of bugs and warm. Veered right towards Cucamonga Peak and Kelly Camp. Set up camp w plenty of water to use for the night.
Summited Ontario Peak w a small pack.
Lots of bugs at camp. My friend and I were the only campers until the evening then a couple showed up. Deer at night rummaged through our camp…haha.
The next morning, packed up camp and hiked back down to the Saddle. On the way I fell off the trail while trying to navigate around a snow patch on the trail. Thankfully there was a tree that stopped my descent down the mountain! Got a bit bruised and cut up, but overall fine ( Thank God!)!!
Left our big packs at the Saddle, summited Cucamonga w small packs again then made our descent back to the Saddle and down to the trailhead. Lots of sun & bugs!
