Solo Tuesday hike up Register Ridge starting 4 am, down Ski Hut, total about 5.5 hours. Register Ridge is completely free of snow. Some small patches of snow on backbone near the summit. After that, the trail was maybe 75% covered in snow until Ski Hut. I had micro spikes, which were amazing. It would have been terrible without them. This is actually my first time hiking on snow, and my first time going up register ridge. Hiking on snow is great, but hiking on slush it terrible. Register Ridge is very nice too.

Cucamonga next 🙂
