Gorgeous sunny day after the rain, slight challenge looking for the red arrow trail start after the parking lot, quick elevation gain with various switchbacks. Stunning mountain with blooming flowers with scattered poppies & a couple of scenic photo spots of the US flags and trail runners and hiking groups making their ways up when we were coming down. Be careful not to step on yellow hoses laid down for possible fire exercises upcoming. Bedford peak sign was small but worth visiting because there are miles stretched to hike more if time permits.
