A lot more challenging hike than I expected…but made it up to the peak. Trail started out nice and easy (and in the shade) until about 2.5 miles in…..then the fun part (and the heat) started!! Not too many people out on the trail, but did run into a cool guy named Mark, who was also doing the 6 Pack Challenge. Ended up hiking the whole way down while chatting it up. All in all a great day out on the trails!!!

You are a true gentleman for that and I greatly appreciate it!! I was reading some other peoples comments on the hike, and sounds like those bees/wasps/whatever little devils they were have been getting a bunch of people.
