It was a very windy day all over the Bay Area. Lots of warnings about driving on the bridges, and trees down across roads.
On the hike, we were often protected by the ridge line or vegetation but when we were exposed, it was fierce!

There was a light haze over the Central Valley but above it we could make out the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra.

No wildflowers out yet. Fun to watch various raptors riding the wind.
