This was my finale to the 8-pack. I tried to do all of them in the snow over the winter months since Jan 1, and with a couple of exceptions succeeded. By the time I did this hike, there were only patches of snow left on the top of San G, so this one can't be counted as a snow hike. Started early around 5:45 am just before early morning light. Took it easy on the first part due to the steepness of switchbacks out of the ravine/wash. I was honestly a bit nervous about doing this hike because I had been having a lot of problems with my feet (recovering from gout) so I wasn't sure I'd get this done, but it was my lucky day. Got to the summit in about 5.5 hours (this included a number of rest stops due to problems with my feet), and got back to the car with a total time of about 11.5 hours. It had been 7 or more years since I've done this hike so I was pretty happy with my time given my current condition and foot problems. It was a perfect blue spring day, cool in the am and on the climb, warmer in the afternoon on the descent. Spactacular views of course from the top with patches of snow. Since it was a weekday I only ran into a handful of people. An amazing and challenging day.

Congratulations, @emeyersmcse! You are only the second person to log all six original peaks plus both alternative peaks for 2018!
