Hiking Mt. Wilson was ok, but batting the bugs away from my face was horrible. The terrain is great, with beautiful views, but stopping for a respite was nearly impossible due to the constant swatting away at the endless swarm of flying insects. Flying ants, gnats, flies, bees, and even snakes.
