I love this mountain and dislike hiking it for so many reasons. The trail seemed crowded to me for starting at 5:15am but only the lower parking lot was open and there was a long line of cars waiting when I left. I can’t imagine what it would have been like if the upper parking lot was open. Such a beautiful sunrise this morning!
