Did the San Juan Loop trail across the street from the Candy Store as a warm up and then proceeded into the Bear Canyon Trail.
Started around 4pm, so we were hiking into the sunset. Made it to the top around 8pm and the sky was filled with stars!
Lots of Star lighting at the top, and even saw a shooting star.
The final climb up to the peak was rough, and finding the Sign and Plaque landmark was a bit challenging in the dark haha. But overall a great Entry hike into the 2021 SoCal Challenge!
