Tough hike, the elevation and altitude and heat made it challenging. The trail was mostly easy to follow however a few times we had to look at the app we downloaded to make sure we took the correct path. Left the parking lot at 6:30 to get an early start to beat the heat. I’m sooo glad we did. The hike was tough, stayed hydrated, relied on my tracking poles that help achieve the hike. Completing the hike is always rewarding!
