Wow Wow WOW! What a hike! This is what my hiking dreams were made of and I still can't believe I did it. Started super early and the parking lot at Vivian Creek was already nearly full. It was a long, beautiful adventure up to the peak. I definitely felt it when I passed 10k' elevation. The trail was much rockier than I expected for a lot of the miles. The top was very windy but I tucked in behind some rocks and enjoyed my snack with spectacular views. The way down seemed MUCH longer than the way up. lol But made it back to the car before the sun went down. Incredible hike I will never forget. It was just under 10 hours moving time for the 18.8 miles of trail as racked by AllTrails app.
