Backpacked Cucamonga peak with the San Diego Sierra Club. Camped at Cedar Glen. We had water nearby which was very nice as I drank more water then usual I had 3 1/2 liters as it was a warm day. There Was one hiker (not part of the group) at the summit who had  no water, he was given half a liter and some salt tabs as his legs were cramping.

Lots of mosquitoes at our water source! During the night at 3 am we were woken up by 3 hikers starting a fire at the campsite. They were asked to stop and put out the fire completely and reminded fires were not allowed. This was a bit scary thought we may need to evacuate. The fire was put out and hiker left about an hour later.

The water walking back to cars was a treat! Ice cold and bug free, dipped our feet and headed home.
