Idris and I got to the TH just before 7AM and it was full so we parked down the road before starting on our hike. The weather couldn't have been any better and the trail conditions were perfect. We saw just one patch of snow on the saddle.
We saw lots of dogs on this hike which was pretty awesome. I couldn't help but think of my pooch at home who loves to hike. I'll return this year to take her on this hike. Overall this was one of the prettiest hikes I've done in the area. Lots of pines and water running down the creek.
Having bagged Wilson in February and Cucamonga today, we're off to bag Baldy next. It was a great day to be on the mountain.

Well, done! I really enjoyed Cucamonga a week ago. Never did this hike, but it’s definitely going to be one of my favorites too!!
