We started early at about 4.30 at the Ice House canyon trailhead and were back at the car by 2.30 pm.
Be aware that you cannot buy an adventure pass or parking permit at the parking lot!
The hike was great, amazing views, very good trail conditions, only a little bit of snow close to the peak.
We met some other Challengers at the top which was nice, too.
Personally, it was a very hard hike with some knee pain but I am proud that I made it to the top …… and back!
