Dickerman, what a great mountain. The views are killer, really one of the best I've ever seen in all my travels so far. We hit the jackpot with weather. Some clouds, but only above some of the mountain tops, and the clouds kept moving so mountains kept poking in and out revealing and hiding themselves. It was really beautiful. My friend and I just hung out on the summit for about an hour, and also looking for other little side trails to connect to the neighboring peaks.

Every angle of this mountain is beautiful. Every time I pulled out my phone to take a picture of something, we'd walk a bit more forward, and then an even better angle, and better shot would reveal itself, all the way to the top.

I'm grateful for the curator of this hiking list, glad I didn't pass this one up.

This is my 6th peak for this challenge, many were VERY challenging that would push me to my limits. Summiting Granite, Defiance, and St Helens in early winter would all take multiple tries, and require me to learn new mountaineering skills, spend hundreds of dollars on gear, raise my fitness to new levels, and even then I almost got seriously injured more than once. Snow and ice covered summits is no joke!

Well, I'm glad I did it, I'll have experiences I'll never forget, and I'm looking forward to doing a 7th peak soon.
