My sixth peak! I did not expect more than a dusting of snow… There were 6 inches on much of the last mile that made that section tricky. I'm so glad my son rented hiking poles for me and I will be asking for a set for Christmas this year. Lots of people and dogs going both directions and at the summit. Clear, bluebird day though and the view at the summit does not disappoint with a perspective you can't get anywhere else across Middle and North Sisters and on up the Cascades Range.
