This was a great hike! My friend and I started at 6AM. There were already a lot of cars in the parking lot since this is a popular trailhead. However, the trail itself was not that crowded especially past the saddle. It was a beautiful day with endless views. We bagged Bighorn first, had the summit to ourself for a while and ate some glorious snacks. Then we headed over to Ontario Peak where there were quite a few people hanging out. One group even had a stove and was cooking bacon (this made sitting at the summit a bit difficult considering how glorious it smelled!). It was an amazing day and a super fun double peak bag. The more peaks the better, I always say.
