The 4th car in lot at 630 am on Friday, slow ascent to base camp at Limber Pine Bench. Reached the peak about 2:00PM and then Earthquake! Three of us looked at each other…now that is a first for me. A quick decent to LPB for the night before stopping off at the spring to filter 3 liters of water. Saturday morning decent was extremely crowded…

I saw you mentioned somewhere else that the Limber Pine spring seems to be drying up. In my experience, it’s never been more than a gurgling trickle, but even in September last year I was able to filter water from it. How long did it take to fill up 3 liters?
…yea, it was a trickle…about 20 minutes or so…,
